Specify how often to save a image or movie. If "Normal" start is on, the first picture will be taken when the clock matches the interval setting (e.g. for 5 minute interval: 12:00, 12:05, 12:10, etc.). You can also specify when the first image will be taken and mask out certain days of the week or times of the day.
